How to get a license limit increase/reset a license on a Claro or Text help product.
If you have used all your activations:
To get a license reset for Claro/TextHelp Software, you must first attempt to un-license the software from the original computer and then contact Texthelp support, if that process fails.
If you can access the original computer
Un-license the software: Follow the on-screen steps to remove the license from your computer. You can save a text copy of your license key during this process.
Install on the new machine
using the correct key checker: You should now be able to use your license key to activate the software on a new computer.
If you can't access the original computer
If you receive an error stating you have no activations remaining or if you no longer have access to the old computer, you will need Texthelp's help to reset your license.
Include your license key: Be sure to provide your product key in the email so that the support team can assist you.
