I cannot login to the Study Tech app or website, I am experiencing issues signing into the Study Tech website, booking an assessment, training session etc.

I get a connection or invalid error when trying to use the Study Tech app or website online.

I am experiencing issues signing into the Study Tech website, booking an assessment, training session etc.

For Example:

I encounter an error while trying to login/sign in to the Study Tech APP or Website.
I have created an account but get this error/an error posted when trying to login to your account on the app/website.
I am unable to create an account or sign in to the Study Tech website.
I cannot book an assessment.
I cannot book my mentoring or training.
www.app.atdsa.co.uk is not working.
The page is stuck on the Study Tech logo.



We always suggest using a Laptop, Windows or Mac and NOT Safari or Edge in the first instance for account setup/Assessment or Training appointment booking.
Chrome, Opera, Firefox etc should all work fine, though trying more than one browser/trying another browser is your second step if you are using one of these browsers already.

After initially setting up this way/booking appointments this way, in general login/sign in and most pages will work fine on a phone/safari etc.

Be sure you are using the link www.app.atdsa.co.uk andnot another link, copy and paste from the previous link, even if the link in an email/you were sent looks the same, it may not be correct if "clicked".

If outside the UK/on a VPN or using a Work/Uni connection you can also sometimes run afoul of login/sign in issues. Try form a normal home wifi, in the UK.

We always recommend trying another connection. We have had multiple instances of log in issues resolving once off Uni provided wifi, for what ever reason.
