Reinstallation\Activation

 Dragon Naturally speaking licence only allows for one installation\activation at a time. If you need to reinstall\activate Dragon Naturally speaking you will need to do the following.

Creating a Nuance account

In-order to reinstall\activate Dragon Naturally speaking you will first need a Nuance account. If you don’t have an account, you can create one using the following link to register the Dragon Naturally speaking software.

During the registration process you will need to enter the following information.

Serial Number:  Your serial number is provided separately by your DSA supplier/Study Tech if we are your supplier.

Activation reset

Once you have created an account

  1. Login to the Nuance Support and Services Portal - http://nuance.custhelp.com.
  2. From the "My Stuff" homepage, click on the "Ask a Question" link.
  3. Click the "Ask a Question" link under the "General Product Questions:" heading.
  4. Fill out the required fields in the "Submit Your Question" form, making sure to provide the following details:

 

    • Subject: Request for activation increase
    • Product Serial Number
    • Product Version and Edition
    • Reason for requesting an additional activation.
      • Note: Click the "Browse" button to add any file attachments to the question.

 

  1. After providing all the required information, click the "Continue" button at the bottom of the page.
  2. A preliminary response to your question may appear, providing potential Answers to your question.
  3. Click the "Finish Submitting Question" button.

Based on the details provided a Customer Service Agent will review your request.
