How to extend displays on your DSA awarded laptop.
Some laptops, such as the entry level HP G9 and G10 255 will be restricted to only ne, or even no additional displays even when using a USB Hub/dock or similar.
To extend displays on a non entry level laptop/most laptops, press Windows key + P and select "Extend" or go to Settings > System > Display, scroll to "Multiple displays," and choose "Extend these displays" from the dropdown menu.
After applying the setting, you can click "Identify" to see which number corresponds to each monitor and then drag and drop the monitors in the settings to match their physical arrangement on your desk.
Right-click on an empty area of your desktop and select Display settings.
Scroll down to the "Multiple displays" section.
Click the dropdown menu and select Extend these displays.
Click Keep changes or Apply to confirm your selection.
To arrange the monitors, click Identify to see the number displayed on each screen, then drag and drop the numbered boxes in the settings to match their physical layout.
