If a student has individually paid for a Grammarly license
before receiving their DSA license, they can and will be refunded after joining
their team AS LONG AS they have used the same email
address. This process is automatically processed meaning the user wont have to do anything. This is because once the Grammarly system detects a email and license overlap, the refund will be triggered.
Receiving a refund from Grammarly
If the user has used a different email address to their DSA
one, you may still be eligible for a refund but it isn't automatic like the process above. Users can request a refund by contacting Grammarly Support at
support@grammarly.com
To speed up the process, it is generally recommended that you include the following information when emailing the Grammarly Support team:
- Both email addresses, this is both your personal and DSA email.
- Proof of purchase, this being a receipt, email or transaction ID.
- a little explanation of why you want a refund and explain that you're now covered under a DSA license.
