How do I download my Claro Writing helper awarded DSA software/Why does my key not work with Writing Helper.

• Claro Writing Helper has in the past been offered as an installable Windows/Mac app but was also available as an online browser app.
• The developers of Claro have announced that going forward they will be online only. The old downloadable app version will no longer be supported. Existing customers should be able to move over to online version if they have an older, valid key.
• If you have a problem with the installed Windows/Mac software version you are advised to use the online version instead.

In most instances/for keys issued post 09/24, you should use the current Claro key checker.
For older keys/some keys, you may be able to use the Old Writing Helper key checker to get a download; Claro will not support this discontinued app, and Study Tech will always recommend switching to a supported software in the first instance/before any troubleshooting.
