Issues installing Claro Autocorrect

There is an issue when updating from some older versions of Global AutoCorrect to the latest AutoCorrect.

To update to the latest version, please follow these steps depending on your computer operating system.

Go to Windows/Start menu and search for Add or Remove programs
Then, search for AutoCorrect (this may appear in your list as 
Global AutoCorrect, click the 3 dots and select Uninstall

It is possible if your version of Autocorrect expected was awarded/purchased after May 2024 that, it is "bundled" with another software. If so, the key checker will identify that and direct you to download that software, which should then include Autocorrect. If after July 2024 then it will almost certainly be bundled with another software/not standalone unless specifically stated as such on your order confirmation or ship note.


Once this has been downloaded, please open the installer and follow the on-screen instructions to install the latest version of AutoCorrect.
