Sandribbon within Claro read is/was active on the platform/ development tool they used to create/update the software.
In essence, it was a part of/in response to Office 2007; I do not believe it even has a website anymore/is currently active in any meaningful way.
A subscription to it/for it would not actually be a DSA-awarded software. as such, though an Office Subscription is.
Every so often, it does seem to crop up, but we have no information/answer on this one.
However it does seem linked to organisational policy issues with certain Uni office installs or older legacy office installs on certain laptops/versions that the University "organisation" policy installs with a student email
We can only suggest
contacting Claro direct, though past customers were often told to use the plugin/web versions/I know of no official fix at present.
