Sandribbon within Claro read is/was active on the platform/ development tool they used to create/update the software in the late 2000's.
In essence, it was a part of/in response to Office 2007; I do not believe it even has a website anymore/is currently active in any meaningful way as far as Microsoft is concerned, support for it is long since lapsed.
A subscription to it/for it would not actually be a DSA-awarded software. as such, though an Office Subscription is or can be. That office subscription cannot include Sandribbon..
Every so often, it does seem to crop up, but we have no information/answer on this one that Study Tech support can offer direct.
However it does seem linked to organisational policy issues with certain Uni office installs or older legacy office installs on certain laptops/versions that the University "organisation" policy installs with a student email/as your DSA provided MS Office 365.
We can only suggest
contacting Claro direct or the Uni IT, though past customers were often told to use the plugin/web versions/I know of no official fix at present.
