How will I receive my DSA awarded software from Study Tech? Why is all my software I was awarded not installed for me by Study tech?
Your software, if you asked us/your provider to, will be installed for you where possible.
This does mean that you will NOT GET YOUR SOFTWARE until your delivery date in most instances.
In most instances, your software will be email invites/email based subscriptions you need to action. We will send you those details with/a little after your Laptop arrives.
You should get an email with instructions and a ship note, the second page of which will contain instructions and keys a little closer to the time.
The software you will almost certainly have to action yourself in some way includes, but is not limited to:
Office 365,
Glean,
Scholarcy,
Grammarly,
Booost,
Speechify,
Present Pal,
Claro Writing Helper
And others.
