Wherever possible, unless you have asked us not to, we will install as much of your DSA awarded software as we can.
Unfortunately, that is likely to be a very small number of the programs you were awarded.
Our Tech Support team can help with any problem installations remotely, but will be unable to access accounts not managed by Study Tech. Sign you up for any accounts or apps that require you to accept legally binding terms and conditions and/or set a password.
With those it may be a case of contacting the software developer directly.

If Tech Support are contacted and an account for the software/website has not been setup they may be unable to help.
Any "email invite" software may not be processed/have an invite sent until up to ten working days after your delivery date.

In addition, DSA do also task a Student with keeping their laptop up to date and protected with a suitable Virus Scanner software, such as Comodo Anti Virus or similar.
