🧩 Does Meister use licence keys?

No.  
Meister does not use licence keys for MeisterTask or MindMeister — not for DSA, not for business, not for education.
They operate entirely on an email‑based activation model.

🎓 Activating the MeisterTask, MindMeister or DSA Bundle

✅ Step 1 — Open the Activation Email

You should receive an email from Meister with a subject line similar to: “You’ve been invited to join MeisterTask / MindMeister” If you can’t find it, check Spam / Junk.

✅ Step 2 — Create or Sign In to Your Meister Account

When you click the activation link:

  • If you already have a Meister account, simply sign in.

  • If you don’t have one, you’ll be prompted to create it using your personal, university or school email address.

Important: You must use the same email address that the DSA licence was issued to.

✅ Step 3 — Accept the Shared Licences

Once logged in, you’ll see a prompt to accept:

  • MeisterTask Pro (DSA)

  • MindMeister Pro (DSA)

Click Accept and the licences attach to their account automatically.

✅ Step 4 — Confirm Activation

You can verify activation by visiting:

In both apps, you should see Pro features unlocked (no ads, unlimited projects/maps, attachments, etc.).

🧩 Troubleshooting

❌ “I didn’t get the email”

❌ “It says I’m on a free plan”

  • You may have logged in with the wrong email

  • Log out → log back in using the DSA‑registered email

❌ “It says the licence is already used”
