I have a problem with my DSA awarded ClaroRead Scan from Paper not working well/at all.
At first this was identified on just one personal computer. TextHelp support said that it was a local problem on the laptop and not global - they asked us uninstall and reinstall from the link below:
Please make sure to use the cscript method in this guide to remove ALL Claro products and files completely.
If that does not help,
Use almost any other scanner OCR software instead of doing the above - as it works just as well (if not better) than Claro. We have tried the workaround with students who are also having the same problem. However, more Trainers appear to be encountering the Scan from Paper problem with students.
