Scholarcy, Why do I only have a one year license?
All Scholarcy users are issued a license that runs five years, or the length of their course which ever is shorter.. However, due to limitations the license is renewed annually.
What happens is:
1. Upon DSA signup, the user is granted a 12 month license.
2. Near the end of each 12 month period, the system automatically renews the license for another 12 months.
3. This process will repeat annually until they have received a total of 5 years (60 months) of licensed access, or their course ends and their details are deactivated for automatic renewal.
4. No action is required from the student for these annual renewals.
Please note that while the total license duration is 60 months, Scholarcy displays the license in 12 month increments. Rest assured your license should renew automatically at no charge to you.
