When using Screenruler you see just a grey box on screen or display is not as expected

Problem:
If Claro Screen Ruler software is not displaying as intended, such as displaying a grey box on screen regardless of setting used it may be a problem with the configuration settings.
Resolution:
- Navigate to the path below: .
C:\Users\%USERNSAME%\AppData\Roaming\Claro Software
- Then, within the "Claro software", rename any folder named or similar to "ClaroView.exe_Url…" to ClaroView.old_Url
- Then restart Claro Screen Ruler to check this has worked.
