In some cases, it may be a text or phone call.

How does Training, Mentoring, ATT and NMH work?
To book a session, You can
sign in here to the Student Tutor app.
You may find that there are no appointments available anytime soon; at busy times, you may have to book a month or more ahead/in advance. So booking as early as possible is your best bet.
