Error when downloading Mindview - 'GdrivePlugin.dll failed to register' fix
When downloading MindView onto your DSA machine, there is a rare chance that an error might occur. Below is an image of the error you might come across.
Don't panic as this is an easy issue to fix. This error usually occurs when MindView has failed to install some of it prerequisites. The prerequisite in question for this issue is called 'Microsoft Visual C++ 2019 Redistributable x64'. Use the link below to download the required files needed.
After clicking on the link above and going through the installation, you may be required to restart your laptop/pc. Once this has been done, if you already have MindView installed, try loading it up again, this should now be fully operational. If that doesn't work, please uninstall MindView completely and reinstall it. Your MindView should now be working. If it doesn't, click on this link below and submit a ticket to MatchWare for further help.
