How to identify your version of Office.
🪟 On Windows
✅ Method 1: From Any Office App
- Open any Office app (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Click File > Account (or Office Account).
Look under Product Information:
- You'll see the Office version (e.g., Microsoft 365, Office 2021).
- The build number and update channel are also listed.
🧠 Tip:
- If you see “Microsoft 365,” it’s a subscription version.
- If it says “Office 2016,” “Office 2019,” or “Office 2021,” it’s a one-time purchase.
