Mac installation
Licenses do tend toward Operating System Specificity, a license that was ordered for Mac may not work on Windows and Vice Versa.
A recent issue with Medincle and Mac OS Tahoe should now be resolved.
In most instances you should always use the key checker above, but if you have Tahoe and run into issues, use the links below.
Changing a Windows License to Mac, or vice versa?
Not something Tech Support, or potentially even Study Tech can help with. If you were assessed for Windows, and upgrade to Mac, we should make that change for you. If you change from one to the other "outside" the DSA system, we cannot help.
DSA may be able to help at that point, or you can ask your assessor. But it is unlikely either will be able to help, especially if the license has been used/activated.
Medincle are unlikely to change the license either.
If a change is made, the reverse of the issue will occur, the New Mac license, will not work on the Windows machine any longer or vice versa.
