Why does my DSA awarded printer jam so often and why is it so hard to setup. Why can't it do X?
DSA awarded printers will be very entry level inkjets usually, and will require a lot of maintenance compared to a more expensive toner based printer/more expensive inkjet.
Their print quality will cap at a certain level, and though setup is usually very easy, there will be instances, especially if using a non-standard connection/Uni wifi/restricted or managed connections.
There may be little to nothing we can help with on these connections/we will suggest a wired connection.
In addition, Study Tech does not manage or pay out the DSA paper and Ink/consumables allowance if you have one.
