Most DSA awarded software will never show your course end date as the end date of/for the software.
Most, will be on a year to year renewal/will only be able to be renewed on a yearly basis.
Some software may show two years, three years, four years etc and show an end date before your end date.
Again, this will be a limitation or a "feature" of the software.
The course end date/date shown on your original Study Tech order or as reported to us by the DSA should apply to all software.
In addition, if you have software that has been previously awarded from another supplier unless specifically noted that software will not be automatically extended unless specifically mentioned in an order.
It may also be that if you have an "overlapping" award from a previous supplier you will be unable to receive the new award until the previous award runs out or is removed.
