How to use .dra files created by Dragon naturally speaking/Nuance software.

a DRA file is a hybrid text and audio file designed to work within Dragon/Nuance apps.

To open a Dragon recorded audio (.dra) file, you need to use the DragonPad application, which is part of the Dragon NaturallySpeaking software. The .dra file will contain both the recorded audio and the transcribed text without formatting.
Here's how to open and work with a .dra file:
Open DragonPad: You can access DragonPad from the DragonBar by going to Tools > DragonPad.
Import the .DRA file: In DragonPad, you can either open the .dra file directly or import it.
Playback and Editing: DragonPad allows you to listen to the recorded audio and edit the transcribed text, if necessary.
Save or Export: Once you've reviewed and edited the text, you can save it as a plain text file (.txt) or copy and paste it into another application like Microsoft Word or Corel WordPerfect.
