My University/some field or info is missing from the assessment form?
In some instances a customers university or other info may not be listed on the assessment form.
In all such instances customers SHOULD NOT attempt to add or write in the information in the "right place". They should select the first option in a/the list and then add the correct information to the next editable/writable section:
"Apologies, some Universities are not yet added, please select the first entry, and make a note in the next editable field/next field of the correct University.
We are adding any missing from the list we were given as they come in.
In theory, manually adding your University, as long as it is to a later/more info field will work.
Attempting to add your university to the correct field manually unfortunately will not.
