Password or sign in issues with my University Canvas software login on my DSA awarded Study Tech supplied Laptop or device.
That being said, I would try a password reset or contact the University IT department via Canvas, after selecting your School for assistance. You can also raise a support ticket by selecting your School.
As a general rule, password resets should be attempted using a Laptop and web browser, usually not Edge or Safari, most others should be fine.
As we cannot help/this is not a Study Tech issue, You may get a further email about the closure of the issue.
Don't worry, it's just the close of the tech support issue and not your DSA, if that makes sense?
