There might be an instance where clicking on the reset link will redirect the user to the login page. If this occurs, using this link and follow the steps to resolve this issue.
If they receive an error message that reads "Your password is incorrect or this account doesn't exist. Please reset you password or check this article". Use this link which shows more information on how to fix this.
